I am in beautiful Calgary right now visiting friends and checking out this amazing city…stay tuned for my upcoming blog post about road tripping with 2 kids, 3 years old and under!! While I have been here, we have been a bit out of sorts with sleep. The kids have been joining me in a double bed and let’s just say we are not always waking up very well rested…wah, wah, wah.

Drove to Calgary
Friday – Rest Day
Caught up on sleep and played outside with the kids.
Saturday – Calgary Zoo
Spent most of the day walking around the zoo.
Sunday – Pinterest Equipment Free Workout
I’ll post the picture of the workout I did. I did it right in the living room of the place I am staying and man, oh, man, did it burn!! Took me 30 minutes to complete.
- 100 Jumping Jacks
- 100 Crunches
- 100 Squats (Alternated every 25 squats with 10 lb dumbbells – only because they were available to me.)
- 25 Push ups
