Morning Y’all!! Here’s what I did this past week for fitness!! Looking forward to another week of awesome workouts…I am going to be traveling this week with the kids so I am going to look up some equipment free workouts to stay on track while I am away from my usual routine, equipment, etc. Stay tunnnnneeedddd…….

Swim 40 minutes – 15 minutes swim, 20 minutes kick with kickboard, 5 minutes pull
Tuesday – Home
Upper Fix Extreme
Jog – 2 miles on treadmill
Wednesday – Home
Lower Fix Extreme
Thursday – REST DAY
Friday – Home
Cardio Fix Extreme & 10 Minute Hardcore
Saturday – ZULU CHALLENGE – OMFG.
Sunday – REST DAY
