I train 6 days a week.

The words β€œgym” and β€œworkout” are commonplace in our home.

For a while, my conscience struggled to guiltlessly embrace time in the #gym because it also meant time away from my children and it occasionally felt β€œselfish.”

I have worked on and curtailed those feelings by clearly defining my #values and continually adapting my schedule to balance family and crossfit.

πŸ—“Planning ahead is fundamental.

βœ…Flexibility is essential.

πŸ—Steadfast commitment no matter what circumstances arise, is key.

Everyday isn’t smooth but, challenging never = impossible.

When I keep my commitments to my #kids AND to myself, I’m showing my children that I’m a woman who does what she says she’s going to do. πŸ‘ΈπŸ»

β€œπ•Šπ•‹β„π•†β„•π”Ύ 𝕃𝕀𝕂𝔼 𝕄𝕆𝕄𝕄𝕐”

is a phrase I often hear them say.

My kids see me as STRONG.

They see THEMSELVES as #strong

I’m proud of this.

Both my son and my daughter are gaining a unique perspective and set of beliefs…

πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈStrength is celebrated.

πŸ’ͺ🏻Muscles are powerful.

πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈFitness is life.

🍎Healthy food is customary.

β™₯️Dedication and hard work build better character.
