The Miracle Morning ☕️☀️

I listened to an awesome podcast with Hal Elrod this weekend and as a result, today I woke up at 430AM and began the first day of “The Miracle Morning”.

In the interview Hal explains that the most successful people in the world commit to some common daily practices. These include: meditation, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, and writing.  He set out to wake up an hour earlier, implementing all 6 into a morning routine that would set an advantageous tone for the day.

While the initial days of waking up at 5AM were difficult, as he awkwardly fumbled through each of the practices, there was no denying the compounded effects of his influential morning regime. He felt amazing.

While externally his life was struggling, internally he was thriving. He figured that if he felt this good after one morning, that continuing this method would fundamentally result in promising affluence that would shift into his extrinsic circumstances.

So here I go, starting 30 days of early mornings, putting into practice all the best tools for success before 8AM. I’ll continue to share my experience, the details of new morning routine and all the positive results along the way. ☕️☀️🏃🏻‍♀️🚿
